What personal data we collect and why
Contact form
When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address and message you provide, any file you choose to attach, and your IP address. We use this solely to read and respond to your enquiry. Submissions are delivered to our own mailbox by email; they are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
Server logs
Our web server records standard access logs — IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and referring page. These are used for security and to diagnose faults, and are rotated and discarded on a short cycle.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Cookies are set only if you log in to the site as an administrator, in which case they are used to keep you signed in.
Who we share your data with
Contact-form email is transmitted through our email provider, Microsoft 365, in order to reach our mailbox. Spam protection for the form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives technical signals about your browser in order to distinguish people from automated submissions. We use no other third-party processors.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry emails are retained in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle the matter and for our ordinary business records. Server logs are retained for a short period as described above.
What rights you have over your data
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to us at the postal address above or through the contact form, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
